Rules concerning changing your assigned pathology group

Every student needs to attend pathology classes as a part of their assigned study group, as is stated and planned in the sylabus. It is not possible to move to a different class to take your pathology lesson, with the following exceptions:

  1. Attendance with a different class during the same teaching week in case you need to make up a lesson which you could not attend with your own group – this needs to be arranged with your own group teachers (who need to be notified) and approved by the teacher whose class you wish to visit (who needs to agree to your visit). The arrangement must take place BEFORE you attend the make-up lesson.
  2. Long-term changes concerning lesson attendance with a different group other than your assigned group (during the entire semester or a part of the semester) – these are possible only in extraordinary cases, especially when the student is actively involved in teaching at a different department (as a teaching assistant). This exception can only be allowed if the group you need to transfer to has sufficient capacity and the change is approved by the teachers of both your original group and the group you are transferring to.
