Dear colleagues,
the online atlas of macroscopic pathology photos of the Institute of Pathology, First Medical Faculty is currently being transferred to the SmartZoom platform, where at the moment you can find all of the photos from the General Pathology section. The platform is available HERE.
We have created a short tutorial on how to first log in to the system and how to work with the platform.
The section of Organ pathology is currently being developed and we will inform you as soon as it is ready. For the moment, you can still view all of our pictures from Organ pathology in the older version of the atlas (provided in the post below).
Our department now offers all of our students the option to use our newly-created The photographs are all chosen from our own autoptic or bioptic photographic archives, edited and labeled so that you can gain as much high-yield information as possible for your own studies.
The Atlas is available HERE. We have also prepared a basic tutorial to help you with the initial sign-in process and to describe some of the basic functions of the Atlas.
